Our Partnership
Real Men Outdoors is excited to announce that we have recently inked a partnership agreement with the Harmony Institute to operate on 80+ acres that they own in Harmony, Florida just east of St. Cloud in Osceola County. The property, located behind Harmony High School and Osceola County Fire Station 54 includes Spirit Farm. Spirit Farm is a hands-on learning environment with gardens, trails, and a variety of farm animals such as horses, miniature donkeys- and cows, goats, sheep, pigs, and chickens. This outdoors environment paired up with the exciting primitive camp areas located throughout the property represent a truely unique adventure and learn opportunity..
By partnering with Harmony Institute, both organizations can optimize their effort to make life changing impact on youth.
Background
The Harmony Institute is an Osceola County, Florida 501(c) (3) non-profit organization with the mission of promoting human health and well-being through the interaction of people, animals and the environment. Institute programs include a core component of recognizing the values of nature and animals and focus on environmental stewardship and animal empathy with an emphasis on transferring these ethics to human-human relations. Programs are designed to foster interests in science education, exercise and proper nutrition, communication and team building skills as well as job and life-skills development.
